Hey Hey! I’m Nzingha, aka “Nurse Z”, and I’m here to bring you hydration, healing, and a boost of vitality.
As the Owner & Founder of Aligned Infusions & Wellness, I bring a unique blend of expertise, compassion, and dedication to wellness. I’m a proud Air Force veteran, having served on deployment and bringing a multi-faceted background to healthcare. After my military service, I returned to the frontlines as a travel RN in the epicenter of the pandemic at Elmhurst Hospital in Queens, NY, providing critical care during one of the most challenging times in modern healthcare.
With over 12 years in emergency medicine, I’ve seen firsthand the power of IV hydration and wellness therapy in transforming lives. Beyond the scrubs, I’m a wife, mother, and wellness enthusiast who understands the importance of self-care, balance, and feeling your best—inside and out.
